2 below zero à Biarritz!

In 2014, 2 below zero traveled to Biarritz, France for Smart FIPA, an interactive competition at the Festival International de Programes Audiovisual. 2 below zero’s Todd Melby presented Rough Ride: The Oil Patch Tour to the largely European audience. Rough Ride is the first interactive documentary from the Black Gold Boom public media project on the North Dakota oil boom. During the Q & A session, Todd tossed mini-bottles of Jack Daniels to those who asked questions. Keeping it North Dakota proud!
